By following through with the booking process, you acknowledge that what is paid today is a retainer for your appointment. This amount equates to half of the total amount you will pay for your session (shop minimum is $80), and in the case of a no-call-no-show, this amount will NOT be refunded. If there is no effort to communicate or schedule a different date by 15 minutes after your appointment time, you forfeit the retainer and the appointment.

Absolutely AMAZINGLY talented tattoo artist! This was my first tattoo and I had such a great experience with Rachel. She was so patient with me and spent a lot of time answering my questions and making sure I was happy with the design. I traveled all the way from Louisville for her work and it was definitely worth it. I am 10000% going back to her for my next tattoo :)

First session was fantastic. Rachel listened to my adjustments, clearly explained what her idea was around my plan and knocked it out of the park with the outlining on it. I’m stoked to finish it up soon. We highly recommend her and the others at the shop.
